Food and wine experience
Coemy is proud to offer an array of gourmet experience packages which offer a unique opportunity to immerse in the flavours and cooking of Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Coast.
Those packages are been designed to discover the Sorrento Coast food traditions by offering, pizza party, Neapolitan typical dinner, cooking lessons with guided excursions to visit some of the regions’ best food artisans, markets and wineries.
Daily cooking class
One of the best way to enjoy our land is a great cooking class on the Sorrento Coast in the enchanting spot of Relais Oasi Olimpia.
The excursion starts at 05:00 p.m. and you will meet chef Carmen directly at the Relais (on request we can arrange a taxi service from your accommodation).
The class is completely hand made and you will prepare with Carmen support an antipasto (eggplants or zucchine rolls), hand made pasta (gnocchi, ravioli or fettuccine), a second course (fish or meat) and a cake.
The cooking class ends at about 07:00 p.m. You will have about 30 minutes of relax and you will enjoy this beautiful property with the park and the patio. At about 07:30 you will have your dinner with all the things you prepared during the class.
This excursion is available every day from April to October except on Saturdays and Sundays.

Low Season (March, April, October and November): Euro 130,00 per person
High Season (May, June, July, August and September): Euro 160,00 per person
What does it include?
Gastronomic day - Minimum of 6 pax
09:00 a.m.
Departure from your hotel/villa/apartment to the local farm.
During the tour you will learn how to prepare mozzarella cheese, olive oil and limoncello liqueur and with Rosa, you will learn the secret of the old kitchen.
Lunch at Rosa’s house.
The gastronomic day continues with a special cooking class followed by dinner.
The price per person is Euro 140,00 and it includes:
- Pick up from your hotel to the local farm;
- Gastronomic tour of the farm;
- Mozzarella and limoncello making with tasting;
- Lunch at the farm;
- Cooking class;
- Dinner at the Restaurant Villa Oasi.
It is possible to book the excursion without the cooking class and the dinner. In this case the price is Euro 90,00 per person.
Pizza Party
You can't leave our fantastic land without making this fantastic experience. In the enchanting spot of the Relais Oasi Olimpia you will spend some great hours with chef Carmen. Around 5:00 p.m. you will start to prepare the pizza dough. While you wait for the rising, you will relax under the patio drinking an Italian Prosecco or an Italian glass of wine. After about 40 minutes you will prepare your pizza with all the ingredients you prefer.
After the work you will be ready to taste your own pizza!
Availability: This excursion is available from April to October every day except on Saturdays and Sundays.
Price: The price is Euro 35,00 per person.
What does it include? It includes pizza making and tasting, aperitif and a drink during the pizza tasting.
Wine Tasting
Thanks to our help, you will have the chance to taste some of the best Campania wines.
In the stunning spot of the Relais Oasi Olimpia, you will discover the secrets of our good wines, their particular smells and tastes together with a little bit of history.
Of course all the wines will be served with some appetizers.
Availability: this excursion is available from April to October every day except on Saturdays and Sundays.
Price: the price is Euro 55,00 per person.
Eno gastronomic tour in Massa Lubrense
A tour between culture and flavours of the past. The tour starts every morning at 09:00 a.m. from the small square of Schiazzano village to the Lemon Factory "La Masseria".
At 11:00 a.m. the tour continues with the visit of the cheese factory "Il Turuziello".
At 12:30 p.m. lunch in a traditional restaurant "Da Francesco" with antipasto and pizza.

Wine tour in the Irpinia Land
A really unique experience in the Campania Wine Land. You will leave with a car or minivan with driver from Sorrento/Massa Lubrense and you will arrive in the magic land of Irpinia, really famous for wines production. Together with an expert, you will have the chance to explore the wine cellars and the vineyard. At the end of the tour you will taste three Campania wines!
