Arrival at the Relais Oasi Olimpia at about 03:30 p.m., a very relaxing place where you can enjoy your week end. Welcome drink;
05:00 p.m. First meeting talking about diet;
07:30 p.m. Dinner. On request possibility to have a vegetarian or vegan dinner.

A great buffet breakfast awaits for you;
09:30 a.m. Second meeting talking about yoga, following by a short demonstration;
12:30 p.m. Light lunch. On request possibility to have a vegetarian or vegan lunch;
03:30 p.m. Third meeting talking about Reiki. At the end of the seminary possibility to have a Reiki massage (to book in advance).
