7 days culinary tours in Sorrento and Amalfi Coast
A unique cooking experience to discover the tastes and the flavours of South of Italy
The cooking school at Oasi Olimpia Relais is a unique experience to enjoy our area and discover the tastes of this fantastic land. We can offer you the possibility to spend a week in the enchanting Relais, learning all the secrets of our Mediterranean kitchen.
The program:
Day 1: Arrival in Naples airport or Railway station. Pick up by private car with driver and in about 1 hour you will reach the Relais Oasi Olimpia. Free time and dinner at the restaurant Villa Oasi.
Day 2: Buffet breakfast. This is a full cooking day! In the morning you will visit a local farm where you will see how to produce limoncello, mozzarella cheese and olive oil. Tasting of the products. In the afternoon first cooking class followed by dinner.
Day 3: Buffet breakfast. Departure from the enchanting Relais to discover the Pompeii Archaeological site with one of our professional guides. Light lunch in Sorrento. In the afternoon second cooking class followed by dinner.
Day 4: Buffet breakfast. In the morning you will leave your hotel to discover the famous and beautiful Amalfi Coast. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon back to your hotel and relax. Dinner in an exclusive restaurant of the area.
Day 5: Buffet breakfast. Free morning to give you the chance to explore Sorrento with its museums and shops. Lunch on your own. In the afternoon third cooking class followed by dinner.
Day 6: Buffet breakfast. In the morning departure from your hotel to visit the magic island of Capri where you will have free time to visit all the grottos and shops. Lunch on your own. In the afternoon Pizza dough followed by pizza dinner.
Day 7: Buffet breakfast and departure by private car with driver to Naples airport or railway station.
The program includes:
- Six nights accommodations double occupancy with ensuite bathroom;
- Arrival transfer from Naples airport or train station (Napoli Centrale);
- Return transfer to Naples train station (Napoli Centrale) or airport;
- Daily breakfast ;
- Six dinners;
- Two lunches, including one tasting lunch after the cheese demonstration;
- Local wine, water and coffee with all included meals (Please note that other beverages and drinks consumed outside of mealtime are not included);
- Three hands-on cooking lessons;
- Excursions and food artisan visits;
- Transportation;
- Taxes and service charges.
You can enjoy our weekly cooking program also if you decide to stay in another hotel of the area.
Each daily class is of about 2 hours and is inclusive of:
- Antipasto;
- Fresh pasta;
- Fish or meat second course;
- Dessert;
- Water and regional wine included;
- If clients are located in the hotel in Sorrento transfer will be included.
